Now our tutorials easier to watch.
If you live or work in a rural area you’ll know that rural broadband and mobile coverage can be especially poor, so we’ve added a “lower quality” option. Our latest player gives you three play qualities to choose from, so we’re sure that at least one of them will suit you!
You’ll see from the first screenshot of Tucker (left) where to find the play quality.
(EDIT: Play quality is automatic on the latest player, but you can manually it if preferred).
You will also see controls for starting and stopping the video as well as a button to rewind the player by ten seconds. The full screen option is in the top right corner. You can also choose English subtitles via the CC control. Play quality is automatic on the newer player unless you override it.
Whatever quality settings you choose, your player will automatically select the same quality for each tutorial, until you change it.
How can you be sure this will work for you?
If you haven’t previously been able to watch the training videos, try the preview first (you’ll find it at the bottom of this page). If the preview runs smoothly, the tutorials will run smoothly too, because they are formatted in exactly the same way as the tutorials.
Tutorials are available to paid subscribers who are logged into their account. Paid membership gives you access to all the tutorials, as often as you wish, and instant access to any new tutorials as soon as they appear on the website.
As a paid subscriber you can post questions on the tutorials pages, and can even send us short videos of your dog working (or not) if you run up against a specific problem.
