Paid subscribers to the online tutorials have access to our “Stopping the Dog” series. It doesn’t matter what command you choose – stop, lie down or stand. We begin by taking a detailed look at the problems surrounding the stop. There may be reasons why your dog doesn’t want to stop, and we explain why it isn’t necessarily disobedience.
We also look at situations that occur, or you can create, where the dog is most likely to obey you, and how to catch your dog when all else has failed. Then we tell you why it’s important that you let it go again!
